ICIS Supply/Inventory Management System
A web-based inventory and procurement module, SB's Supply/Inventory Management System was created as a component of the university's Integrated College Information Systems (ICIS). In addition to offering REST API-based client-server communication and MySQL data integration with the larger university ERP-like ecosystem, it manages inventory, suppliers, purchase orders, stock levels, and reporting.
Overview
Developed by Group SB for Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo's Integrated College Information Systems (ICIS), the Supply/Inventory Management System is a Dockerized PHP, Apache, and MySQL web application designed to centralize campus stock tracking, supplier management, procurement workflows, and automated reorder alerts. Using a Bootstrap and JavaScript interface backed by a REST-style JSON API, it handles full CRUD operations, inventory adjustments, and valuation reporting while sharing real-time purchase and asset data across university modules like Finance and Facilities.
